Kristy joins new Chester clinic

The largest chiropractic group in the Cheshire region has just got even bigger, with the appointment of a new chiropractor to be based at its new Chester clinic.

Kristy Lewis has joined Back to Health’s brand new clinic at Beechmoor on the Whitchurch Road, Great Boughton, Chester. Originally from South Wales, Kristy is a graduate of the AECC University College in Bournemouth and has a BSc (Hons) in Medical Science, an MSc in Chiropractic and is a DC (Doctor of Chiropractic).

She joins Back to Health’s other four highly trained, widely experienced chiropractors, Peter Wagenaar, Brett Halliday, Chris Turner and Ashley Jones, who provide expert care for spinal health problems.

As health care professionals with Masters level qualifications, chiropractors are able to treat low back and neck pain, sciatica, neck related headaches and dizziness and extremity joint conditions. The Back to Health clinics offer accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, pain relief, rehabilitation and prevention of injury reoccurrence for the above health conditions.

Kristy said, “Providing chiropractic care has given me the opportunity to touch the lives of a diverse range of patients, who come to the clinic seeking natural and effective treatment after years of suffering from back pain. I believe in treating the whole person and love working alongside like-minded chiropractors and other health professionals.

"At the Chester clinic we have a fantastic team including several chiropractors, an acupuncturist and a sports massage therapist.”

The Back to Health group, which was founded in 2006 by clinic principal Peter Wagenaar, has three busy clinics in Chester, Wrexham and Mold, and its clinicians are from all over the world, including South Africa, Denmark, France and The Netherlands - the chiropractic team alone have over 60 years’ experience between them, having worked all over Europe, South Africa and even Antarctica.
